At Salem Active, we strive to provide high-quality sports massage therapy and personal training services. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not be charged.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50%, with the remaining 50% transferrable to a future booking.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100%; if payment hasn’t been received, future appointments will not be accepted until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

  • I’ve been lenient with this in the past, but moving forward this policy will be strictly enforced to protect my time and income.

 

2. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.

  • Refunds will not be issued for reduced session time due to late arrivals.

 

3. Missed Appointments

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Service Dissatisfaction

  • If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns. Actions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Prepaid Packages & Subscriptions

  • Refunds for prepaid sessions or packages will only be granted in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another person with prior approval, if within a reasonable timeframe, considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Changes to this Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
